NFL Week 17: Game of the Week
Buffalo Bills [12-3] @CincinnatiBengals [11-4] : Monday to Tuesday at 2:30 PM
The last meeting of the 17 this week will pit two teams with six and seven wins respectively between the two teams most anticipated to meet in the AFC Conference Finals. Between Josh Allen and Joe Burrow, two of the season’s MVP candidates, the battle between two teams known for their iron defense promises to be intense.
If the Bills have already checked their ticket to the playoffs and can avoid even the first round of the playoffs by maintaining the best record in their conference, the Bengals can still apply for this position, but they have to win if they don’t. Playing in the first round against an obviously dangerous team like the Dolphins or Chargers.
Player to watch: Joe Burrow
Buffalo Bills [12-3] @CincinnatiBengals [11-4] : Monday to Tuesday at 2:30 PM
Joe Burrow, who made him an NFL superstar during last season’s long-awaited Superbowl, performed an exceptional game last week to lead his men to victory on the field of the Patriots. 40/52 passing and 375 yards receiving (that’s all), he allowed his team to score three rushing touchdowns while watching his defense keep the score tight in the final moments.
Cincinnati has a decisive matchup against one of the league’s best teams, the Buffalo Bills, to push itself to punch its ticket to the playoffs by finishing first in its division. Easy.
Team to watch: Panthers
Carolina Panthers [6-9] @ Tampa Bay Buccaneers [7-8]Sunday at 7:00 p.m.
The NFC South Conference has often been criticized as the weakest division in the major North American leagues. The Buccaneers, who had been in the lead for weeks and thought they had quietly checked their spot in the playoffs, didn’t count on an almost unexpected reaction from the Panthers, Saints and Falcons. A postseason spot.. The last two meetings should be head-to-head against Tom Brady’s Buccaneers, and if they want to win first, the Panthers will meet the Saints next week to seal a potential berth. During this 2022 NFL season.
Question of the week: Do the Chiefs have the best preparation before the postseason?
Denver Broncos [4-11] @Kansas City Chiefs [12-3] : Sunday at 7:00 PM.
Having already taken all the suspense out of the race for first place in their division, Patrick Mahomes’ Chiefs have a quieter end to the season as they prepare for the playoffs.
The Chiefs seem to be quietly preparing for the games that await them at the end of January, as the Broncos welcome a near-random meet before meeting the Raiders on the final day of the regular season. The Chiefs look like serious candidates for a conference title or the Superbowl, thanks to a staff that looks to manage and is capable of performing very well in the knockout stages.
Thursday’s game
Dallas Cowboys [11-4] @TennesseeTitans [7-8]Thursday through Friday at 2:15 p.m
Defeating the Eagles last week, the Cowboys put on one of the NFL’s most remarkable Week 16 performances to keep a slim chance at first place in their division.
The Titans are still in the race for the postseason, but against those who need a win to claim a play-in spot, the Texas franchise will be favored to give themselves a win that would ensure a good finish to the regular season. Cowboys are the best quality.
